Why We Built This Site
Georgia's record systems answer different questions. The Oconee County Sheriff maintains sheriff-created arrest material, jail information, and its own records, while court clerks preserve filed charges, docket events, and dispositions. GCIC keeps the state repository, GDC publishes state-custody information, and the Georgia Sex Offender Registry serves its statutory public-safety purpose. We bring the verified access routes, request steps, contacts, and available fee information together.

An official criminal record must come from its issuing office, such as the court, Oconee County Sheriff, or GBI/GCIC. This resource can identify the route but cannot issue the document.
